Prerequisite: Cisco III & IV or Visual Basic Computer Engineering or Web Development II and instructor approval

This work experience class is designed to allow students to serve as customer support personnel for the district. Students may be responsible for, but not limited to: installing, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices for PC’s and MAC’s; training faculty and staff to operate PC/MAC hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
