This is your chance to learn how to plan a small business! Amaze investors, bank loan officers, accountants and lawyers by understanding the importance of a well thought out business plan for your new entrepreneurial venture. You will have the opportunity to work individually or in teams to watch your idea come to life in the form of an individualized business plan. The units of study associated with this course include: examining entrepreneurship as a career, sources of new business enterprise ideas, analyzing markets and studying competitors, planning and organizing a business enterprise, marketing products/services, obtaining financing, cash flow charts, preparing a financial plan, and selling your idea through the development of a business plan.
