This is the introductory course to the Family and Consumer Science program. The purpose of this class is to prepare students for adult life as a family member, wage earner, and community leader. Course content includes: nutrition and wellness, parenting skills, interpersonal relationships, and resource management. Advanced courses in each of these areas are open to students after completing this course.
